I ordered a Mother of the bride dress from Promlily. Website said "easy returns if not custom sized".
I ordered many MOB dresses from different sites. Tried on this dress, less than 5 minutes. Contacted PromLily for a return label. Was told they "sent me the dress as ordered" and I dint qualify for a return. If I chose to return the dress there would be a 15% charge.
Nothing easy to return, here.
