One year ago we bought a Frigidaire dish washer model number FFCD2413US2A to replace our old Whirlpool which has lasted us for 10+ years without any problems.
The first thing I noticed about this dish washer was how loud it was when operating. The next problem I found was with the basket that holds the knives, forks, spoons etc. The holes in this basket are to large and I found that if you didn't make sure all spoon and fork handles were pointing up they would fall through the holes and stop the spray arm from rotating.
One of the things I personally found annoying that the settings for heated dry and duty cycle etc. are lost after a power cut and they return to their default settings.
To be fair the dish washer does a good job of cleaning pots, pans, plates etc. but here is why I have only given this dish washer a two star ratings. After only 13 months the pump failed and when I went online I found a lot of people has the same issue, some even had the pump fail within twelve months.
I would advise people thinking about buying this dish washer to think again. Google reviews and you will see I am one of many people who have experienced this issue.

Tip for consumers:
Google reviews of the Frigidaire Dish washer before buying, you will see a lot of people have had issues with this model.

I had to order a replacement pump motor for my 1 year old Frigidaire dishwasher. I went to the PartsDr website which is really easy to navigate and found the exact part for my dishwasher, and was able to confirm it would fit using their "Does it fit my model" utility.
I received an email the same day confirming the part had been dispatched along with a Fedex tracking number.
Two days later I received the pump which was identical to the failed one I had removed. I fitted the pump and it worked perfectly.
I would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again if needed.

Tip for consumers:
The sight is so user friendly there's not tips required.

So after being promissed it would arrive on Monday 22nd March then on Thursday25th March bit tracking telling me it was still in the UK I managed to get a reply from UPS.
They said "Please be guided that Border Force or HMRC has the right to hold any items/goods in the UK if duty has not been properly paid, if the items are restricted or banned in the UK or if customs laws or regulations have been broken. Goods and vehicles can be seized under section 139 of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979. They are working entirely under the goverment, therefore, issuing the clearance is beyond our control."
It's a document! Two freakin pieces of paper! NowI have no date for when it will be delivered and have to wait for an update.

Tip for consumers:
For the love of god DO NOT USE UPS! Carrier pigeon, husky whatever.....

I urgently required some documents sent from the UK to Antigua W. I. So I paid UPS the outrageous sum of £52.19 UPS to deliver one small envelope. On Monday 15th March UPS picked up the envelope, today is Monday 22nd March and the envelope hasn't even left the UK. It has taken 1 week to travel from Gloucester to Tamworth a total distance of 76 miles on the motorway. I could have cycled that distance in half the time! I was happy to pay the extortianate fee when the assured me it would arrive in 4 days. One week later and it has moved 76 miles! If I could give UPS a negative rating I would.

I bought this laptop as a replacemnt for my old Dell Latitude laptop which had died, and have found it to be an excellent replacement.
The build quality is good and it has a strong rugged feel to it despite it being extremely thin and light compared to my old Dell Latitude laptop.
The specifications are more than adequate for work and gaming with an Intel Core i7-*******H, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 512GB SSD and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Graphics.
The laptop comes with Windows 10 Pro installed but during the setup it gives you the choice to upgrade to Windows 11.
The laptop comes with 2 x USB 3.2 ports, an SD Card Reader, an HDMI 2.0 Port, a Headest Port, a Thunderbolt 4 Port, and an HDMI connector. It should be noted it does not have an Ethernet port so internet access is by WiFi only.
The laptop comes in a stylish Mist Blue aluminium, a lid open sensor automatically starts the computer when the lid is opened and shuts it down when the lid is closed. Another useful item is the finger print reader which simplifies logging into the laptop.
I have only two slightly negative comments to make about this laptop.
The first is the Wifi, My old Dell Latitude would pickup the Wifi router from another room but the inspiron struggles and can only acheave a couple of bars with a resulting negative effect on WiFi speed. To be fair the walls are of brick construction and the Wifi works fine when used in the same room or a room seperated by wood partitions.
The second and perhaps minor, but worth mentioning is the power connector socket on the laptop and the connector on the charging cable that plugs into it. In my opinion these are very fragile and could be easily damaged if you accidently moved the laptop with the power connector connected.
In conclusion I would thoroughly recommend this laptop as a replacement for work or gaming, it has met all my needs and exceeded them.

Tip for consumers:
Be advised their is no Ethernet connector on this laptop.
