I've tried to deal with them on several occasions when businesses in various parts of the country have tried to rip us off, and every time it's the same performative BS. You file a complaint, they send it on to the buisness, give it them a chance to respond, and even if there is no resolution they close the case. Don't even bother with this useless process. It's a total waste of time. I don't even know why this organization still exists.

“A business receives 2000 complaints along the same line from many people from every state something wrong with that. Still, if they tell the #BBB we investigate ourselves, and we did nothing wrong, BBB will say what a great job they have done, lol.”
