“Poor quality and wrong item”

I purchased a 1000 piece puzzle and it took about a month to get it and when I did it was the wrong item. I tried to reach out to them by email numerous times stating I was sent the wrong item and no response. Told them I would send them there item back to give me a refund and they responded saying do not ship item to the address on package. This company is fraud and I do not recommend to nobody!
