I placed an order for 4 items online on December 13th to pick up in the store. Two would be ready for pick-up that afternoon while the other two were to be ready "by December 20th". On the 20th I hadn't received anything saying they were ready so I called in and was assured I they would be ready on the 21st. Still nothing so I contacted them again to be told that today they updated the status to be ready on the 29th! I was lied to when I ordered and again yesterday. Disgusting lack of ethics.
Tip for consumers:
If something is going to be late a professional courtesy would be to communicate that as soon as possible; not to wait until the second call in after it's already late - and bold faced lie during the first call in.
Products used:
The items I ordered were Christmas presents. Being told on the 21st that they won't be here in the next 3 days I don't have any option but to wait. I am TICKED right off.
