Just want to let people know that the photos online and in the catalog can be very different from the actual product. You are far better off going into a Lands End store if you want their products. The $49 necklaces are, quite frankly, junk---metal with cheap beads and nowhere near worth their prices. I made a return of several items for credit on my original form of purchase. I was charged to return the items that way. Also and exchange of items for size was charged tax again resulting in $13 of wasted money just from buying online. The return process iis now more complicated. I returned parts of my order to a Petco to be shipped back to Lands End.

A gift from a dear friend is dying due to being sent in far too small a pot. Called customer service.the offshore person's response to my saying " l received a gift" was to tell me "l'm sorry you received a gift."
No identification of plant came with it, 90% of buds fell off within 3 days, leaves are yellow and falling off and l am so sorry l will not have a living gift from my friend. What a waste and very poor customer service.

Tip for consumers:
Do not order from 1-800-FLOWERS. The customers orders in good faith not knowing what the recipient receives. Also expensive for the plant that dies anyway.

The Stop and Shop in New Milford, CT has gone steadily downhill. Each visit (which can be several times a week), there are one or two cashiers available. There are no baggers, no bags, naturally, without a fee and I often self check my own groceries, bring my own bags, bag my own groceries (each visit) yet pay very high prices here. Has anyone looked at the floor and carpet? When is it ever actually cleaned? I am done with the overinflated prices, lack of employees and produce that goes bad within a week's time. Prices consistently ring up wrong and l have been overcharged by as much as $6.00 for an item on sale. I have had to call customer service often due to being overcharged. Not once has there ever been an apology yet l am inconvenienced and often drive back to get the problem fixed. Done and will be shopping elsewhere after spending a tremendous amount of money here in the past 35 years.
