They are holding hostage my VERY EXPENSIVE GPU from Amazon, paid and bought with my money and NO REPLY from customer support to what the reason of the supposed 'potential fraud' is

THIS IS A PONZI PYRAMID DESIGNED TO TRAP GOODS PAID FOR BY DECENT PEOPLE

Legal action is on the way, in the meantime -

Please be assured that we are not holding your parcel hostage, I see that the parcel has temporarily been placed on hold whilst a security check is carried out.

Our Customer experience agent has now been in touch with you to confirm what is required, this is a standard procedure we carry out for all high value tech products received to Germany on advice of the authorities there.

This of course is no reflection on you personally, just to protect everyone involved with the purchase to ensure the person making the purchase has received the goods.
