This company is a scam. They aren't based in the UK though they claim to be. Bad cheap products. No address for returns. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid these scammers. Losing your hair is heartbreaking - don't let these people cheat you out of your money too.
Products used:
Tried to return and get refund but they do not give out their address (or haven't so far.) As they set a time limit on returns, in practice this means you wait for an address they never send.
