These folks hounded me to get my engagement ring shipped to them, only to offer me a very small fraction of the value. Complete waste of time and then they shipped the ring back to the wrong address, so now I am left trying to track down my ring. Very disappointed in the level of service. Do not waste your time.

For any jewelry that has not successfully sold through our platform, our sellers are asked to confirm the return location where the jewelry will be shipped, free of charge. This action can be taken easily through the account and sellers are prompted to select either the closest approved FedEx location or provide an alternate address for a direct return. Based on the selection confirmed by the seller, our team will then proceed to carefully package and ship the jewelry to the designated location. Please note, in order to maintain insurance coverage, we strongly encourage for all returned valuables to be shipped to a FedEx-operated center where they will be held securely until pickup.
