My experience is the same as the others who have written a bad review. I am now out of pocket $400! The site looks legit but it's a total scam, if the prices seem too good to be true it is.
I purchased from them and received an email confirmation with a fake tracking number, it states USPS are awaiting the item, I ordered on Feb 15th and still not arrived to their facility, there is also no way to speak to someone to track an international parcel on their web site. Tried the customer care email link and that's a fake also. Tried their online help link and the 'same' person keeps telling me that they will look into it, they keep reassuring me that everything is ok but I never hear back from them regardless of how much I enquire.
Evachic seems to have covered all their bases in ripping you off! Fake site, fake tracking, fake invoice with fake customer care email link, the ability to not have anyone help you on the USPS site to question the validity of the tracking number, fake person on the live question site! I am sure that the few positive reviews on this site are fake also! It is incomprehensible to me how these people get away with this behaviour.
