I ordered May 21 and still don't today! Was sent a tracking number 3 days ago and all it says is fed ex awaiting package and no date given. This is bad business! Customer service isn't any help at all. I could've just ordered the bag thru Amazon and would've received it the next day and free shipping. This is my second order with Betsey Johnson and apparently the company doesn't care. Never again Y'all suck
Tip for consumers:
You’re better off buying from Amazon if they carry the item. You’ll be waiting a month to receive your item and holding on customer service for 20-30 minutes before someone even answer
