We had a terrible experience with cuemath. The teacher was impatient, rude, condescending and insulting to our daughter. I was observing in the back and her hasty and arrogant attitude left my daughter feeling deflated and frustrated after each class. When I tried to switch teachers, the staff was pressuring me to give the teacher another chance. Knowing that we had complained, the teacher was resentful and continued to bully our 11 year old. When I got fed up and asked for a refund of the remaining two classes, they waited for the period to expire and stated that they cannot refund an expired account. They made no efforts to resolve the problem; just hungry for petty money. The teacher as well had a teribly heavy accent and was often difficult to understansd and had delayed internet connection. I would not recommend this company at all. Really poor experience and waste of time.
Tip for consumers:
Tell them you want a free trial until you find a teacher who is a good fit, to see the credentials of the teacher, ask hear a voice sample of their English level, request privacy and that they do not tell the teacher if you make a complaint so they do not take it out on your child, demand a teacher change and don't let them manipulate you into keeping the same teacher and demand a refund as soon as you feel something is off. They cannot be trusted.
