Bought a dresser on the 10th of October. Promised date of 10/20. After missing work to wait for the delivery, they told me another 10 days. Six days later, I called because we received tracking to the wrong address. They cancelled my order and told me to buy it again. Customer service is virtually non-existent, they outsource it to a call center that can't help you. Avoid them like the plague if you want to receive the furniture you purchased.
