So, I bought tow blenders, I started using 1st and after few month it stopped working, couldn't be charged, it seems the reason is corrosion at the charging point, then I started to use the second one. Same problem after only few month, I use it only in summer for cold shakes.
Costumer service was very polite, but not very helpful, they gave me 20% off which is not solved my problem but I took the offer, and now my shipment got lost, not in my country, it got stuck somewhere in the US rout.
There were more issues, but I'm too tiered of mention all of them. The only positive thing I have to say the blades are strong, and when it did worked. It did a good job, unfortunately not for long.

Though your original BlendJet was a bit outside of warranty, I'm super happy to see our wonderful support team was able to help with a discount code to assist with the purchase of a replacement order. And, looking at your replacement order, I do see where it was lost in transit, and you were provided a full refund for the lost order yesterday. You should see the refund posted back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
While I know this experience has been disappointing, I do hope that you'll give us another chance in the future.
