I placed an order September 24th after weeks of getting no response they had 4 holidays so we're unreachable then a vacation! Almost a whole month no order received and the refund still hasn't reached me I was told Thursday I would get one and they're so busy they can't answer a call so tell you to email they won't respond to that either I've sent 5
