After booking and paying online, I was refused the rental of the car by the car rental company for wrong reasons I asked them for a refund of my booking since it was the car rental who refused the rental agreement, Carflexi took their time to check and I had to insist on social network for them to move, but in the end they refunded me. So I am satisfied with their customer service
