After two years of trying to resolve a damaged online order of a shower surround, I gave up. It never got installed! I still have it. Just paid it off yesterday! Shaun from the Conroe location never finished helping me and dropped the ball. I spoke with the GM of the woodlands store and he said he would take care of it. He never did a thing! I called today to speak with Shaun again and Alissa from that location was incredibly rude, even laughing at me while I was crying. She said, " WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?" Nobody wants to take responsibility! I had big dreams of a second bathroom. Two years later, this pos shower surround is still on the floor in the boxes it came in. Lowes dropped the ball on me time and time again. The final twist of the knife... I just paid it off last week and they charged me a late fee! It was one day late because I accidentally took it off of Autopay after making a balloon payment. I paid over $1000 last week and closed my account. This is yet another negative review of many I've left. Lowes has never contacted me, never tried to make it right. Worst company ever!
