Sent family slides to convert to DVD... 10 weeks later they sent everything back and said they couldn't do the job... even worse, they didn't credit my card... they gave me a credit to be spent with them... which I will never use since they can' process my slides... I'm out $80.

We experienced extremely high volumes over the holiday, which is why the issue wasn't discovered and reported right away; however, that delay of information to you is unacceptable. Please accept my apologies. We will be refunding the amount you paid us next week and you should see it on your statement 7 to 10 business days after that.
