I ordered a Women's Beach Cruiser bike listed for 53.00 (sells at Walmart for 98.00). I should have realized then what a dope I am. I got nervous after paying by Paypal (as others have mentioned it is the only option) when I saw that email of recipient was *******@163.com with a Chinese name. I never received receipt in email so sent customer service an email requesting. They never responded. I called their bogus customer service number (again which other mentioned always busy). So then I filed claim with Paypal expressing my concern that I had been scammed. Paypal supposedly did an investigation and denied my claim (so Paypal basically never does anything when people are scammed) and sent me a UPS tracking number which claims that my item was delivered and left at front door. The tracking information did not state my address, just my zip code. I was home that day and it was never delivered. So then, thank God, I have a Costco Visa card I was using with Paypal. I contacted my costco visa and filed a claim expressing my concerns that I was scammed and that Paypal would not reverse charge. Costco Visa conducted an investigation and issued credit immediately pending results of investigation. They completed their investigation and fortunately told me that my credit was permanent which means they ruled on my side. BTW, I also issued claim with UPS letting them know I did not receive merchandise but they also closed claim with no results provided. I'll chalk up stupidity on my part for not doing due diligence with the aheadfeel company but DISGUST with PayPal for not doing the right thing. Kudos to Costco credit card company for resolving for me.

I placed order 4 weeks ago. Tried to find a phone number to check status - nada. Sent email and told they are processing. Sent another email yesterday and said I want to know delivery date. Received 'mail-demon" that email not working. I'm thinking this company works out of Nigeria or other 3rd world country. Boy am I stupid.
