I placed an order on 11/01/2023 for a few cents shy of $90 for one of their "specials" and received a confirmation email with a promise that it would ship out within 5-10 business days... Well, it has not... When I try to login to their website to check status, it says "No Orders Found"... I sent them an email with a copy of the confirmation attached and received an automated response with no pertinent information and nothing since... Their supposed 24/7 live chat support is absolutely worthless as it is an artificially stupid bot with no information... I've been promised a callback twice and have yet received one... I stayed on hold for over two hours before I finally gave up... I would NOT recommend buying anything from this company whatsoever!
UPDATE: Even though I never received a call back or an email response, I did finally get a tracking number from UPS on 11/20/2023... This is after they were provoked into an online response via Trustpilot where I, per their instructions, emailed their representative on 11/14/2023 and requested a refund as they had NOT lived up to their promises... Bottom line, if their products are anything like their non-existent customer service, I will probably still end up having to get my bank involved and do a chargeback for fraudulent activity... I have had to undergo this process before for unscrupulous vendors that thought they could just take my money and not provide the product I had paid for with no consequences... They now know better... So, I still would NOT recommend this company to anyone even if they were giving their stuff away for free... I WOULD recommend My Patriot Supply for similar products as they did do as promised and deliver the product(s) as described in a timely manner...
