Great selection of clothes and shoes at affordable prices. Sales are sooo good! The customer service is amazing. They actually have reps who answer the phone and are competent and knowledgeable.
Seriously - they need to close up shop. They barely deliver to any addresses and the communication is awful. They caused me quite a bit of problems with my Nordstrom order.
I have been an Adore Me member for approximately 10 years. Customer service has never been great however it's become absent as of recently. I ordered items over a month ago which I never received. There was no rep to answer on the phone, my email was never responded to nor my social media message. I made the decision to cancel my membership today.
