I ordered a vest that was really loose. I did a return. I received the label, package it and sent to Wish Return Center. A week went by, I contacted wish. They said, until it is scanned, I will get my refund. Almost 2 weeks went by, I contact wish again, I get my refund when it reach to Wish Return Center in California or China. Then they close my ticket stated it is resolved. How in the hell is it resolved when I don't even got my refund. I showed them the receipt that I sent it with tracking number, I waited 15 days later. I even call United States Postal Services. They said the address is wrong and I will get the package send back to me. I told wish that, and they ignore the message. So, if you gonna buy something on wish, you better make sure it fits. You are not going to get your refund. The more you try to contact them, they will put resolved, then you no longer can contact them. VERY HASSLE EXPERIENCE FOR RETURN ITEM FOR REFUND.
