I used Shipt 10+ times, paid for an annual membership, and spent over $700 shopping with them. I have never seen a company that gives less of a sh*t about a paying customer.
The problem started as, their site kept emailing me saying it was going to charge my card for monthly membership. But I had already paid for an annual membership. I contacted support 5+ times and they basically just told me to ignore it. Finally I was getting warnings that my membership would be revoked, so I contacted the BBB. This actually got a response, and they said they would refund my annual membership. I waited 3 weeks, no refund. I reported that on BBB. Shipt copy + pasted their original response. Still no refund. I had enough of these losers, so I made my own refund - a chargeback worth double the amount of the membership. They still never contacted me, but they banned my account. Works for me. I would have spent thousands with you, Shipt! Go f**k yourselves!
