I've had Mint Mobile for a while. I use a 3-month plan. In December, I recharged my plan for 3 mos, which was to be $75. They charged me $135 for 6 mos automatically, which was terrible timing, but I decided at least I don't have to think about it until June, per the info provided in my account.

Today, they suspended my account for non-payment! I called and referred them to my plan and transaction history. They continued to tell me it was time to renew and the payment failed! After more than 15 minutes of repeating myself, they decided to send this to the "back office" for review, as they could see what I was talking about, yet would not simply resolve this with integrity.

My phone still isn't working.

I am starting here, but I certainly am not stopping here - I'm blowing it up!

I submitted two invoices through them, per Super Annotates methods. I've waited for a couple of weeks since submitted and had my invoices approved. I've been told quite a few days now that payment was sent, expect it anytime.
I've followed up repeatedly letting them know it hasn't arrived.
After multiple emails, they simply finally showed it went to an account number that isn't mine, despite the invoice and my withdrawal method stating the correct information.
Today, they are telling me to just "wait for it to bounce back" and then they'll resend payment! WHAT?!

Hiring people to be a shipping station essentially, what now appears to be some theft scheme based on my experience with them and some contact with the DA's office and FTC.
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING or WORK FOR THEM! Looking up their business info, it's a false address and they are supposedly in CA, however, there is not business registered. They don't have contact information, such as a telephone number.
And are now being investigated for the above. They are on Linkedin, including the CEO(Joke!) and they are preying on people looking for work, to use for their scheme. I've reported them.

Months of training with minimal pay followed by a runaround about my earned wages - not my idea of a rewarding gig. It took forever and a lot of work on my part to facilitate payment.

This is such a frustrating experience. Everything evolves around support tickets, which NEVER, EVER get addressed or resolved. It's a circle of incompetency and a total waste of energy. The so-called zen support help is non-existent. They acknowledge your request and this is all that ever happens. So inefficient, so bottle-necked it is not worth the aggravation!
