Return policy which does NOT include return freight, BUT does include a 20% restocking fee is out of line in this day and age.

Not only did i receive damaged, used merchandise for a NEW cost, this vendor was unrepentant enough to not waive any of the costs to me under their antiquated return policy.

These people are no longer on the radar in this houosehold, they are fired

Tip for consumers:
Caveat emptor

Products used:
kept merch due to ridiculous restocking fee AND return postage

Am not using merch because it is unusable
