The return policy is 10 days from receipt. I received the item for my birthday so didn't have time to have my birthday, contact my daughter and return it in 10 days. Also shop around. The item was overpriced. They are rude and apparently don't care about customer service. Guess they are not concerned about repeat customers.

Tip for consumers:
go with a company that wants return customers. The return turn around is much too short to work for most people. they are rude as a company and as customer service people.
