I am so glad to have discovered this online store while surfing the net! They have a very large selection of birding products and I found just the bird feeder pole I was looking for. I had a few questions before making the purchase and sent an email. They got right back and directed me to specific products to consider. I couldn't have been more pleased. I was looking for an art pole birdbath. A few of the other sites that carry them said they were back ordered till mid August. Songbird Garden said "in stock". Although theirs was $30 more expensive than 2 of the other sites I felt it was worth it to get it right away. Went through the ordering process, never a mention of delivery time. Once I completed the purchase I got an email confirming it. The next day I got another email tell me it was back ordered and I would not receive it till mid August. Sent them an email with my concern and their response was why they were back ordered. Not one mention of them claiming they said they were "in stock". Obviously in my humble opinion this company does care much about costumer service.

I ordered the Tierra Garden birdbath which was originally priced at $179.00 and reduced to $159. It is mostly plastic and VERY flimsy. I checked other websites and found the EXACT thing on Hayneedle for $88+$6.00 shipping. My oversight, but a lesson learned: Buyer Beware... and do some research. With past experience with this place, I will never recommend or order again. If I could give it a "zero star", I would.

Return policy which does NOT include return freight, BUT does include a 20% restocking fee is out of line in this day and age.

Not only did i receive damaged, used merchandise for a NEW cost, this vendor was unrepentant enough to not waive any of the costs to me under their antiquated return policy.

These people are no longer on the radar in this houosehold, they are fired

Found the perfect gift on this site for my nature loving friend! Their website was easy to navigate and the checkout proses was easy and fasr. Their customer service and product selection was outstanding. I will be bookmarking this website for future shopping!

The return policy is 10 days from receipt. I received the item for my birthday so didn't have time to have my birthday, contact my daughter and return it in 10 days. Also shop around. The item was overpriced. They are rude and apparently don't care about customer service. Guess they are not concerned about repeat customers.

How can a business advertise that they have a product in stock and then never ship it because it is actually on "backorder"? ASPECTS SUPER DOME BIRD FEEDER BAFFLE $79.99 $89.99 You Save: $10 (11.11%) SKU: ASP182 Availability: In Stock. Then you buy it and pay a high amount for shipping plus their ridiculous $2 fee for handling. I purchased the item on February 9th... I waited two weeks and no updates from the vendor, so I had to inquire via email because they do not care to tell you or send you an email saying "the item is NOT REALLY in stock is on backorder" after you believed it was. LIARS! Then almost a month later no updates (March 3rd) about when the items will ever ship. At this point, I was able to buy the same item from a REPUTABLE local business at half of the price. I requested to cancel the item, and OH SURPRISE: We WON'T REFUND YOU the full amount; we will keep 8% as a non-refundable for the cost of returning your money that WE HELD FOR OVER A MONTH without providing any items or services and LYING about having the item in STOCK (let's blame covid instead of being honest). Why do you advertise something you don't have available to sell right away? Every other respectable and honest business does not charge your card until the item ships out of respect for not having what you ordered but not SONGBIRDGARDEN; they will pocket your money in advanced, never give you an update, and then STEAL 8%. You have to research their site (part of shipping and not as a separate showing cancellations/returns) to see where they have their absurd deceptive policy because you find it that even if it has not shipped or processed, they will still charge you 8%, what a dishonest site and people! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

Our grandson opened a bird sculpture on Christmas Eve. The same day, one of the legs broke, even though we were very careful when moving it. I wrote to the company and they refused to send a replacement and offered me a 15% discount on my next order. They said they could not replace it because it was damaged after it was delivered. Everything happens after delivery? Did they think it would break before delivery?
I also had trouble with ordering (my mistake) and found them to be very rude and unhelpful in resolving the problem.
Do not buy from this company.

Look up reviews of the company. They are rude and will not even honor their own return policy. My hummingbird feeders leak right out of the box and they won't even exchange them.

Great selection of birding, wildlife and nature gift products. I bought an edible seeded birdhouse at Songbird Garden to send as a Christmas gift to a relative last year. It was beautiful! They got it made and shipped in two days. I'll be ordering from them again!
