These guys dropped an antique made of cherrywood, glass and silk. They were apologetic and said they would have it fixed and returned to me. Now they won't answer my calls or emails. I just want the pieces back so that I can try to have it fixed myself but they're just ignoring me and keeping the broken pieces of the antique, which is now useless without them. Horrible people and there is no way to get in touch with them. They don't have a physical address, just a mailing address and the mobile number of a girl named Meagan who does the scheduling. Her mailbox is always full so you can't even leave a message. There is no recourse here if something goes wrong - beware.
When they didn't answer any of my calls I sent them a text message and realized that I had used them before when I saw the message history. That time they dropped an expensive wood chair bringing it to consignment and the leg snapped. I wasn't there and they never called to tell me. The consignment shop told me what happened (they saw it) and I called Hector's but they did not return my calls. If I had realized this was the same dishonest company when I scheduled my last move I wouldn't have used them again.
I don't normally write reviews but I want folks to know how terrible these people are and that when they break something they do not accept any responsibility or try to help, or worse as in my case where they won't even return the broken pieces to me.

Tip for consumers:
Be careful if using this service, there is no recourse when they break something. Just 2 guys in a truck with a mobile number that they don't have to answer if they don't want to. No contracts, agreements or guarantees and they're not bonded. Buyer beware.

Stopped by Arizona Mills location because I needed new nose guards for my sunglasses. The employees were courteous and attentive and were able to find what I needed and install on my glasses. When I asked about the charge they said there was none, and I'm not even a prescription glasses customer. Really nice staff and I'm appreciative of the support. Would recommend this location.

The clothes we received were on time and cute, but the sizes are way off. Clothes much bigger than US equivalents, except for shoes which are much smaller. Wanted to exchange but their policy is making it so difficult we might just give the shoes away and keep the clothes for another year for our child to grow into them. First to initiate a review you have to email them, nothing can be done online in their website. After they received our email they asked for SKU numbers, as if they can't see our order? There are no SKU numbers on the website or in the order, so we have to literally grab the plastic bags they arrived in, get a magnifying glass and type every one into an email. Ridiculous. We didn't even make it that far, clearly a policy to deter exchanges and refunds. Also they don't supply shipping labels, not the end of the world but obviously we'd have to pay full price retail for the shipping, where business shipping when provided by a company is usually about half that price. It was also difficult to understand what the return process is from their website. Again, I think they're just making it difficult to initiate returns. Just not worth the headache for the $100 we spent, since most items will be usable sometime in the future. But we'll never shop here again and can't recommend this company because of the return policy.
