This site would be ok if they didn't have a corrupt organisation namely pure spectrum on there. Pure spectrum are not offering any surveys and a general search of the company suggests they are corrupt. I have reported this to qmee many times now to no avail. This leads me to believe qmee do not vet any of the survey providers they use and therefore be very careful what information you give. To see if it's a pure spectrum survey just click at the bottom of the survey and the details of the provider come up. If it's pure spectrum, exit straight away.

There's something mentally challenging with these people. My son ordered 4 items to be delivered to me for Xmas valuing £200+. None turned up. One of the items required a signature. Amazon support refunded one item then flagged him up as suspicious and refused to refund or replace the other items. They claim it's because all items wouldn't normally go missing but they were part of the same order! They won't provide a picture of the delivery or the signature. My son is almost £200 out of pocket and as he suffers from anxiety, is extremely upset. I have deleted my Amazon account and will never ever use these tyrants again. It's not finished as I will be taking them to court but why the hell should it come to this? It's clearly been delivered to the wrong address all they need do is show the proof of delivery. Don't use this tax avoiding company who thrive on cheap labour. Let's support our UK businesses locally and stop these people from hurting so many!

I ordered two pairs of trainers which were sent to my old address.They were left on the doorstep when no one was in and we're obviously stolen. I have health issues and wasn't able to retrieve them sooner so notified the company. They denied any wrong doing and refused to help in any way. I followed complaints procedure and took them to a small claims court without any help from a solicitor. The director of the company was at the hearing with a solicitor. I lost the case as the judge ruled express trainers ltd fulfilled their side of the contract the minute the product was posted. The royal mail stated "all express trainers had to do was inform them they would have replaced them as they should be er have been left on a doorstep". Not a single person I have spoken to before or since can believe the attitude of this company and how I lost this case because I paid for something I simply didn't receive and they went to court to defend themselves rather than replace them. Be very very careful purchasing from them. If it goes well great, if there are any issues, you have been warned!

I had a shop delivered two weeks ago. I returned some "fresh"items as they were use by the next day(delivery wasn't till 8pm) and I couldn't eat three bags of salad in one day! The driver said no problem. After 3 days I had no notification so I contacted them on FB messenger. After no response in 4 more days on there, I took up issue with resolver. 7 days on still no refund or response from anyone. Looks like I should have kept the items and binned them!

I've had a number of reviews removed by trustpilot now even after proving their authentic. They basically accuse you of lying I assume because the site your reviewing complains to them and their scared of consequences. Useless!
