“Fraudulent information”

I was told on a phone sale, that tickets that I paid for were PARALLEL TO THE STAGE, for an event.
The next day I obtained a seating chart, only showed the seats were completely at the back of the venue. They will not cancel the sale or refund me!
My bank is now taking action!
THEY ARE A DESPICABLE COMPANY!
