Be careful, and avoid FeverUp Sydney unless you know someone personally who had a good experience.
The concert on the day before the concert I was due to attend was cancelled. Then they cancelled my concert in order to combine into one large event, at a different venue, on a different day. Dates kept changing, to eventually be after my holiday.
They refused to refund my tickets. I found it difficult to find specific contact details or Australian ABN / ACN.

A leaking gasket - should be easy to fix but 2 months of going around in circles, and they still can't give me a price or part number, or some way to repair it. At first they say it is covered, then not covered by warranty. I don't care if it is covered or not, happy to pay to fix it, but they can't tell me how much. Maybe they are just bluffing me to avoid admitting that the parts are not available. Their service contractor was very unprofessional, supposedly paid by Samsung to assess the unit, but requesting payment to walk in the front door.
I have saved copies of all the chat transcripts from May2019 to August2019 and will share if you are interested, and you can see for yourself how Samsung treats it's customers.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid Samsung dishwashers, or else just be prepared to throw it away if it develops a fault. The Australian market is probably too small for a big company to care about.

Letscom fitness trackers, smart watches.
There are some very specific reasons to avoid this company.
I purchased a smartwatch in Feb2017. It is now April2018, and the app that drives the smart watch has been upgraded to a newer version which no longer operates with the watch. This means that the following functions are no longer possible:
- changing the time due to daylight saving (how i discovered the issue)
- setting the time after replacing the battery
- any fitness tracker functions.
- any and all functions if you get a new phone and need to install the app.

Many emails to Letscom's customer service department have only given me a head ache, with seemingly no body available with any technical understanding. It appears as though they have all forgotten the products they were selling last year.
This really does raise the question of the useable lifespan of their products, and perhaps for all the smart watch products on the market.
So if you buy one today, there is no guarantee how long its app will be supported.

As customers, we are relying on the producers to maintain the apps long term. Now maybe Letscom don't write their apps, but if they decide to no longer support their product, or the relationship between Letscom and their app writers goes sour, then your product you purchased becomes useless.
So we get to a point where we ask "how do you know if a company is trustworthy, and can be relied upon to support their products long term?"
My experience has shown there are two aspects that can currently be used to assess the trustworthiness of a company:
1-look to past behaviour - have they supported their previous products (for Letscom the answer is "no, not supported a year after buying the product")
2-look at the websites that analyze and verify the legitimacy of positive product reviews (for each customer to decide for themselves!)
I would say only buy a smart watch from a reliable company, and avoid Letscom.

It is now more than a year since mine caught fire. Seeing what happened in Grenfell UK has really got me worried.
I removed the plastic side table things, they were a waste of time, never strong enough to hold anything decent, and sloped outwards so that even untensils tried to slide off. I am glad I did, as that meant there was less plastic to burn on the day of my fire.
I used my Q to roast a chicken every week. It cooked efficiently, and the food tasted great. The turtle shell design is really very clever for even convective cooking. BUT once the plastic parts of the frame and stand caught fire, i had 1.5 to 2 mtr flames, and dripping burning plastic ruining my patio tiles. This could have burnt my house down had we not reacted quickly to turn off the gas, and try to extinguish.
These have 2 main design flaws. Firstly, the choice of plastic material in the construction. Plastic after all, is just a condensed form of a fossil fuel. Secondly, they have the ability for fat to collect onto the sides of the cooking box ABOVE the height of the burner.
These things are popular on apartment balconies. If you have one, please clean the lower half as often as possible, contact Webber to discuss how to prevent fires, and keep a fire extinguisher nearby.
Don't let yourself go down in history as the cause of another Grenfell.
I wasted $500 on something that lasted less than 2 years, and the manufacturing costs are certainly much less than the retail price. But right now I don't care about the money, I am just grateful that no body was injured by my webber. Photos available upon request.

Back to one star.
Finding a good pool builder is important, but if you are reading this you still haven't found one.
Don't waste your time reading this review, instead put your time into finding a better builder.
And believe the reviews.
Don't fall for the line "they are different companies with a similar name"
Believe the reviews.
In fact, in writing this review, it feels like I am giving them more consideration than they have given me.
They have some nice people working for them, but they can't plan effectively enough to make the most of their staff/contractors. Freedom pools needs to work on their planning and communication, as well as things like giving staff explicit instructions and product training. (Other trades people I have seen use Safe Work Method Statements and risk assessments)
Any way, my pool is now more than 8 weeks late, and there is still no sign of them replying to me, let alone actually finishing the job. With freedom pools you can expect additional expense.
Here is a summary...
After 4 weeks of excuses, half of the original build time was gone, they told me their excavation contractor had gone on holidays, so they couldn't even get started. But what could I do?, I had signed a contract, and paid a deposit. So I had to find my own excavator. It wasn't that difficult, but it was more expensive. The contractor we found was $1800 plus removal costs, but apparently freedom only allowed $1500. So I had to be an extra $300 out of pocket. But again what could I do? They had me over a barrel, either I pay extra, or the pool won't even get started.
So then we got the hole dug, but then nothing else happened for a couple of weeks. This surprised me, as I got the impression that they had a whole lot of staff sitting around twiddling their thumbs while they were waiting for their excavator to return from holidays.
After many calls, and my initial one star review, some more work was carried out. The pool shell was put in place, and they began to back fill the hole with gravel. It was a very hot day, and the guys did pretty well, but a large amount of gravel ended up inside the pool. Freedom pools did not respond to my request for assistance in removing the gravel. So, I had to pay another maintenance company to clean the pool. A similar situation occurred a few weeks later when they did the bond beam. (Aside: I was surprised that they didn't use a concrete vibrator for the bond beam, and they had a lot of concrete left over.)
A significant amount of concrete ended up in the pool, now completely full of water, and again I had no way of removing it. So I again had to pay extra to another company to clean the mess made by freedom. I don't blame them for the mess, they did better than any thing I could have done on a 40° day. But my issue is with the company management who paid no attention to removing the mess - when they supposedly have the equipment and know-how. Then, I had to pay more money again to have the formwork removed, and other rubbish disposed of. Freedom pools left a lot of rubbish around, including items from previous jobs, including an old broken wheel barrow, off cuts from the pool fence from some other job, etc etc. So I was regularly paying more (or twice) for work that freedom should have done... but if i didn't pay extra, it just wouldn't happen. I showed them respect by paying all progress invoices on the day I received them, but it doesn't feel like respect is returned.
There are only minor things left -1- doing expansion joints between some tiles left un-grouted. It is almost a month since the tiles were laid. I have even purchased the silicone for this already! I could probably do this step myself, but then what am I paying freedom for? -2- Moving the filter a bit to stop it pressing on the boundary fence, and -3- the hand over kit.
I don't understand why there is such a delay to finish things off. I just expected them to be keen to finish off so they could get the final payment. But now, the late penalty is at a fixed amount, so there is nothing motivating them to complete the job in a hurry. Should i go and buy my own items that would be in the handover kit?
So it is now roughly 4 months since approval, and the job is still not finalised.
I will update the review if anything changes.

Way too slow. AVOID THEM.
Not in Australia even though they use. com.au
I am still waiting for my phone case.
If we can't trust them in terms of where they lead us to believe they are located, how can I trust that they actually ever even sent the item?
Best to buy through ebay where all reviews come from genuine transactions
