“Awful service money taken and no flowers”

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I ordered flower to arrive on the 20th April No sign of them yet I want them for a friend in her last few days of life as her battle against cancer is near an end. How very very very upset I am that they have not been delivered for her to enjoy. Emailed and no reply No not use this company

“I am having the same problem. Not answering my e-mail, so put a review on trust pilot. They answered! Told me my order was delivered last October! I have never used them before. Shocking company. Should not be trading.”
