I ordered a pair of shoes from Hoka. Immediately after the order was processed I cancelled it because it was a wide width. I then reordered the shoe in the correct width. I used Afterpay. Even though I have sent Three communication from Hoka to Afterpay, Afterpay refuses to refund my money. Hoka never received any money because the order was cancelled. Afterpay closed one dispute, I've opened another one. Afterpay has NO TELEPHONE NUMBER to contact them. I can only say they're a very poor company to try to resolve issues. I'll never use them again. At this point, they have $189 of my money and refuse to return it.
