While in Albany, NY my wife and I went to Albany Wasabi for dinner, we thought this was a Japanese Sushi Restaurant, upon our arrival we were greeted by the hostess and told there would be a 20-minute wait, we chose to wait. While waiting we found out it was an all you could eat service, but worth the wait.
The wait staff seemed very friendly and helpful in ordering and to our surprise the sushi rolls we ordered were excellent, as we ordered other dishes, we found that every dish was as good if not better than the previous one.
This was a great find for us as it gives us something to look forward to on our next trip to Albany.

On December 28th 2023 we stopped at a Red Robin on Route 50 in Saratoga Springs, NY for lunch.
The last time I had eaten at a Red Robin was a few years back in Troy, MI and recalled it being a great experience, the food was good as was the service.
The waiter was very helpful in the selection as well as the service he offered us, that's where it stopped, the burgers came and oh what a disappointment, nothing to what we were expecting based on my previous experience. If we wanted Costco frozen burgers, we would have gone there but this was Red Robin and at these prices very disappointing.
Alas, it's understandable why so many are closing, not due to the wit staff more for the lack of quality in the food.

I have been a member of Costco for many years and have never had any issues with any of the products until today, giving them 4 stars.
Today was an exception and great disappointment to my wife and me. We always by our ground beef at Costco and today was no different, I waited at the meat counter until the brought out the ground beef, took my pack and off we went to continue shopping.
When my wife started to use the ground beef bought today, she noticed there was a difference in the texture of the ground beef and slight discoloration, she decided to check the best before date and discovered that the date packaged was December 11,2022, best before date was December 12,2022 which was more than convincing that they mixed in ground beef from the other day with fresh ground beef from today.
It's not like things aren't costly enough with prices souring through the roof, we now have to check Costco and their meat department for quality and making sure we don't get blindsided by an experience like this. Has inflation impacted Costco that they have to recycle meat products and how long have they been doing this and getting away with it.
We will have to start paying closer attention to what we buy at Costco as I would strongly recommend everyone does after our experience.
