After 7 years of business,given to them, I'm leaving soon. Their customer service has gone way down, and they are terribly insensitive. After setting up a promise to pay, by a certain date, I was harassed, and threatened with service interruption. During a bereavement time, they are very insensitive.
Tip for consumers:
When you've paid a company thousands of dollars, over several years, and they harass and threaten you, it's not a good feeling.

Don't buy a Hyundai. I almost burned to death in mine. They are easily stolen now, and they are burning up. Don't let your car, become your casket!

ATT, try hiring people that aren't TECHNICALLY CHALLENGED. In store, and within your company. I have never worked with, such incompetent people, to get a cell phone ever.

None, because they lied about the storage size of the device, after wasting over an hour of my time.
I filed a theft/vandalism claim in July. They denied it, because they said that it was a legal matter. Of course it is. That's why I filed a police report. NY state dept of financial svcs, has done nothing, so i filed with the US AG, claiming theft, because taking money and not paying out claims, is theft. Even some recent Florida hurricane victims, have not been paid. Pitiful, pathetic company.
