I purchased from zala in June, I had them professionally installed, and they fell out almost as soon as I got home 2 hours later. I requested a refund 3times, or replacement, and NEVER heard back from them after completing a length email all 3 times. I never received a call from them, nor did my stylist, and worst of all it was my grandmother's funeral the next morning. Nothing BUT disappointment here. Never again.
