Bought a bunch of stuff online and spent more than I would have liked just to hit the free shipping limit. So when I go to return it what I didn't like or fit the way it thought it would, I find they don't return in store and charge $4.99 for returns. So basically they don't want to provide you with customer service and want to keep your money. For a company THIS big, they don't take Amex as form of payment and don't offer options for return without stealing your money.
So now I'm stuck with crap that don't fit and are awful quality because I made the mistake of not paying for shipping. Lesson learnt, won't be shopping there again.
