The website says they have a refund policy if the model you download has errors. You think it will be reasonably safe.
You download a model (and pay a lot of money) and discover, while the previews look good, the model is missing important parts, wholely inaccurate and a lot of the detail has been guessed / made up.
You ask for a refund on the back of the errors - and they refuse, saying they are selling interlectual property which cannot be returned once downloaded.
In other words, their guarantee and refund offer are at best, a lie. Closer to a scam in my opinion!
Tip for consumers:
Avoid at all costs. The models shown look great. You can download a free example model which gives an expectation of what you're going to receive when you pay - but more effort has gone into the free samples than the paid models. What you receive is of poor quality - and there is no way of getting a refund.
Products used:
Downloaded model of a Polaris General. They have a refund policy - but indicate it's void once you've downloaded the model. You don't know the model is any good until you download it.
