Very bad experience with Bosch product (lawnmower) and worse, with Bosch customer service. Shortly after 3 years it was sent back to Bosch for repair. Were asked to pay 40+ euros more than original purchase price with no explanation regarding reason for failure despite many requests. Only response from aftersales was to say they were too busy to bother with us. BOSCH REVEALS COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid Bosch products. Have read many reviews. Despite the different products purchased, many many consumers shared the same experience qua repair rip-off and customer service.
