Awful company with awful service. I ordered a basket for a friend in the hospital that was supposed to be same-day or next day. I ordered it on 15-MAY and by the 17-MAY when I hadn't heard anything from them, they generated a USPS shipment order, but that sat in the status "USPS awaiting item" through the 23-MAY, when I finally cancelled. There was no communication as to why the order wasn't being fulfilled and no apology or sign of shame that the basket wasn't being delivered to my friend in the hospital.
