The absolute worst service for groceries, on par with Rogers or Bell.
Groceries were ordered to be delivered on Tuesday night. Spent over 2 hours on the phone waiting for customer service, the last half hour just listening to a phone ring that nobody wanted to answer. An hour and a half mote waiting on Chat, just to be discontected. Emails and text messages from them at 3 am woke me up and kept me up. More emails and texts at 7 AM -customer service doesnt open till 8AM. Called to find out where my order is, just to be told the driver cancelled it. Then they have the nerve to tell me I have to call them back again, when and if my order arrives today. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me with Walmart! I am disabled and going to the store is almost impossible for me. I will order elsewhere from now on, even though it means more cost, because the frustration of dealing with these people is not worth it. Buyer beware!
