“Do NOT buy from Hardware World - Sent cheaper version and would NOT let me return them!”

I bought scissors - But Hardware World sent a completely different model number that was a cheaper version. I have contacted them several times and supplied all the pics they requested - now they won't respond to my emails! Bait and switch and then you are stuck with what they send you! Buyer BEWARE!

Tip for consumers:
I would not reccommend anyone purchasing from them. They use Bait and Switch tactics. You buy one thing and then they send you a cheaper version and won't respond to you !!

Products used:
I supplied customer service with all the pics and documents they requested and they would NOT respond after initial response. I sent multiple emails.
