I bought 2 orders on Amazon for 8 videos each to be transferred to DVD which is a total of 16 DVDs at a total cost of $116.00. When I went to the vouchers to get ready to send my videos to be transferred I had to go through a number of web pages to finalize the order. At the end the order stated a total of 8 DVDs for a total of $128.00. During the completion of each page they "offer prices for additional DVDs." that I didn't want which was like a bait and switch since following the various pages was confusing enough. After much frustration in trying to figure out what was wrong, I called Amazon who immediately refunded my $116.00 back to my credit card. After reading all of the complaints I am so glad I cancelled the order as I had early on been concerned about what happens if they lose my videos that cover the last 40-50 years. This company is not worth the risk for the deal pricewise for something so valuable. Amazon is the greatest!
Hello Susan -- I am very sorry for the inconvenience. I emailed you directly and am posting here just in case you see this first. It sounds like you may have been trying to redeem both vouchers on the same order. Unfortunately, our system only allows for a single voucher to be redeemed with each order. You can, however, place two orders and combine them into a single box when shipping them. That being said, I would like to make sure you are able to get your videos converted. Based on your post, it seems that you have already requested a refund from Amazon. I am happy to offer you the same price as Amazon, with complimentary free shipping, if you are still interested in placing your order. Again, I apologize for the confusion, and hope that we can fulfill your needs.
