When I ordered from their website it said The items I ordered would be delivered in 5-6 days. The next day I received an email that more than doubles that amount of of time. I consider it to be false advertising. I can't speak to the quality as I have not received it,
However I am skeptical as to what arrives versus what was

I was purchasing a hot glue gun, once I decided on the make and model I searched for different purchasing options. I went to Hotmelt.com which is apparently run by Heigl.com. Even though the price was higher than other websites and the shipping costs were extremely high I went with it because it misrepresented what came with the product.
When I contacted customer service when I did not receive what I expected, the response was that it didn't say it came with the accessories, or that they could be purchased separately instead the response was a somewhat rude denial.

This is just an advertisement in general- it is not for consumers. They only accept good reviews. I had tried rioting a review of an experience I had for the sole purpose of hoping that no one else could be caught in that trap.
However, no matter how I worded it including actual facts- they rejected it.
As a consumer this website is counter productive.
