Booked 4 flights on IBERIA-later shocked when I went into the booking a week later and found out it was cancelled-What? But I had recieved confirmation!
It was pending on my credit card for 21 days-but they said the payment hadn't gone through.
They refused to correct it at the original booked price ($400)-instead I would have to pay $700. Customer service gentleman told me that he knew it was wrong-but there was nothing he could do.
You are taking a big risk here- I think they cancelled so they could benefit from selling at a higher price.
Swappa has higher selling standards than most every other marketplace out there. We have a strict "no junk devices" policy that only allows fully functional devices. If you receive something that does not match the advertised description you are entitled to a full refund.
We’re sorry to hear it sounds like you may have had a bad buying experience. When that happens sometimes you do need to work with PayPal to get a refund, as they directly handle the payments between buyer and seller.
