FedEx delivered my package to my complex but to the wrong address and apartment number. After reading everyone's reviews, I realized this is a common practice of WSS. I contacted both companies and suggested reviewing the driver's GPS for that day. I also submitted photos (comparing the doormat), clearly showing the doormat isn't mine. The red-flagged customer service never provided a case number at the end of the conversation. After several calls, I was informed by customer service FedEx had denied their claim and that there was nothing they could do regarding issuing a refund. There is no escalation department to investigate this matter further. Ultimately, I was advised to contact PayPal and have them issue the refund. I will never deal with this company again. It's not worth the time and money or being inconvenient.
