Refurnished parts of home with bedroom set. Had to wait months to receive it. Different pieces came in each time. It would sit in their warehouse for up to a month. I would have to call numerous times stating I wanted the pieces delivered when they arrived. I would be told due to the route, my pieces could not be delivered. We went without furniture for months. Purchased a couch and entertainment center. Entertain is fine, other than the time frame of delivery. Not due to Covid. Due to management, their cost effective ways of doing things rather than the customer. The couch is a desperate mess! Purchased in May, They only give you a 14 day window to return it. This is not enough time to see if the couch is going to break. We purchased in May, it broke in Oct. Received word the couch was repaired, however, they could not deliver it back to us as they had closed down the routes for the Holidays. We are supposed to be receiving it back today. Since that time, the other parts of the couch have broke. I have called several times and spoke with several individuals including our salesperson. She acted as if she had no control over the situation. Another employee told me only the salesperson and her manager have control over returning the couch. We are stuck with an expensive couch being a piece of crap! Sure the warranty is still good, but who wants to continue to send a couch up and be without a place to sit for 3 months while they try to save money for themselves. Poor, poor customer service, everyone pointing fingers at everyone else. Cheap built furniture for an expensive price. NEVER AGAIN!
