I received a item purchased on vidaXl and when dealing with VidaXL customer service (Which is a stretch to cal them that) Different person answers, with a different excuse as to why they can't pick a item up.
Do not deal or buy anything from this company, the ship you garbage and then steal your money.
Update:
I seem to get more attention from this company to amend or remove my review. If that sort of concern or care was given when I contacted your customer service reps. I wouldn't have left such a terrible review. Yes you finally sent me a return invoice and you finally refunded my money. But only after this review was originally posted. So this review stands, stop harassing me to remove it.

Boxes dumped. No service. Have to assembly yourself. Difficult to do, lot of work. Be prepared....
