Company needs to change their delivery methods. 7 days after company sent email advising of item being despatched still no delivery. Sent email to GlamaCo advising and recvd standard reply, we are looking into it. Never got another response, so rang company, who said will get item tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, no item, rang again, it is on truck for delivery tomorrow and if you don not get it by 12noon ring back and will ensure you get it that afternoon. Had not recvd so rang and after staff checked with delivery company, told would be delivered that afternoon, around 5pm. Guess what, it is mid afternoon on the next day and still do not have item. Company response, if you want to cancel the order, once you get the item send it back and we will refund the cost. This we could not do, as we would not be home from this afternoon for a period of time. It has been 12 days since the item was given to the delivery company and all GlamCo will say and do is, "if you don't get it today, ring us back" instead of demanding action from the delivery company they employ for deliveries.
