CHANGE OF USER LOGIN WITHOUT NOTIFICATIONS AND INAPPROPRIATE BILLING
The absolute worst delivery service ever! I contacted the actual provider and they advised me that since Uber collected the money I had to go through them for the refund. Of course, Uber declined the refund. I'm irritated by both companies. The food delivered was undercooked and tossed in the garbage. Uber just says... no they can't offer a refund. Really? I will never use them again and I recommend you stay away too unless you want to flush your money down the toilet! Try Grubhub or Door Dash... way better service! Grubhub will be my go-to from now on.
I asked a question on the LRE Social Group and was blocked - LITERALLY from the group page. I guess they didn't like my question? I tried emailing the company directly and no response. I tried asking the question via the facebook page and nada. It may be only $20 a month but don't waste your time. COMPANY have some great products but OVERALL the company IS HORRIBLE.
Tip for consumers:
They don't believe in responding back to any questions. They treat you like you should be happy you're paying your $20 but they don't owe you anything! RUN
